Kristen Arant
Kristen Arant is a performing artist, drummer and drum instructor living in Washington, DC. She is a co-founder of the activist drumming group Rhythm Workers Union, and a drum workshop leader for children and the elderly through PANORAMA Community Arts Initiative. An advocate for women's and girls' empowerment, Kristen has provided anti-aggression drumming workshops for the Young Women's Project, has performed with two regional all-women's drumming groups.
