Debbie Helfeld
Debbie has been practicing yoga for over 12 years and is a registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance. She is a graduate of Willow Street's 400-hour Anusara-influenced training program and completed the Budding Yogi's training program for teaching children. Yoga has been such a transformative experience in her life that she wants to share its joys and benefits with others as she continues on her spiritual journey. She derives her inspiration from many teachers including Rod Stryker and Marion Griffin.
