Gretchen began her study of yoga on Capitol Hill, where she raised two children and began a long career of teaching first grade at Capitol Hill Day School. Having studied with yoga teachers of diverse traditions and styles, Gretchen's classes are eclectic in nature, and reflect her experience teaching a variety of populations such as kids, teenagers, prenatal moms, and mid-lifers like herself! |
