These individual sessions are the ultimate way to take care of yourself physically, mentally and emotionally, through a combination of restorative yoga and massage.
Participants will rest in restorative yoga poses while receiving massage. Sessions are tailored to the participant's unique needs in order to trigger a relaxation response in the nervous system, helping to heal the entire body, including the systems of digestion, circulation, endocrine, muscle and immune. Come alone or do a partner session with a friend or loved one. Wear warm, cozy sweats with elastic waistband as you will remain clothed during the sessions.
